Rilasciando “Jesus Arms” con Busta Rhymes e “Brick Specials”, Benny The Butcher e 38 Spesh hanno annunciato l’uscita di “Stabbed & Shot 2”, fuori il prossimo 18 ottobre per Black Soprano Family e TCF Records. Il progetto esce a sei anni dal primo volume, intervallo nel quale molto è cambiato nella vita artistica dei due: gli stili si sono evoluti, le partecipazioni si sono moltiplicate, ma la chimica – promettono – è ancora la medesima. “Stabbed & Shot 2” is a sound that can only come from experienced street hustlers – spiega Benny. There is some glorification because we’re proud of where we come from and it made us who we are; but this is pure intellectual street dialect mixed with hindsight. You know what you’re getting when Spesh and I go back and forth. You gotta talk to Nas and AZ, Kiss and Styles to even compare to us.
